Thanks, we're attempting to put together the order for the 2011 Model, which it appears I can get in a couple of weeks from one dealer.

Thanks again!!

Jim,
I have the regular ovals. I don’t know much about V&H’s Power Duals but I don’t think that they are stainless steel. I went with Fuel Moto Jack pot head pipes because of the efficient manner in which the stainless steel disapates heat.

I understand that Fuel Moto is catching up on the back orders. Besides, I you’re talking about a 2011, the B/O shouldn’t make a difference.

Jim

PS Anyone else who would like to jump in, PLEASE DO!!!

I belive the only way Power Duals will fit is if a couple extension pieces are made. The head pipe and cross over pipe on the Triglide are longer and have some extra bends in them. In this picture of the Jackpot next to the original equipment head pipe you will see the extension piece. I wouldn't bank on everything on the 2011 being the same as the 10, I would have never guessed they were putting smaller O2 sensors and a cat on the 10's when I ordered mine. I would wait for the dealer meeting and the Technical bulletin to come out with the changes before I ordered exhaust parts.

msock3 - Thanks! I was afraid of that, I'm going to try to stick with the Fuel Moto Jackpot Head Pipe. I think I'll give them a returnable deposit on the bike and like you said wait for the meeting next week. Good idea!!

THANKS AGAIN!!

I'll be keeping my eyes peeled for the Technical bulletin when it comes out. If I get my hands on it before others I'll be sure to make it available.

Default pipes

i put vance$hines twin slash 4' rounds on my wifes trike along with a fuelmoto ss headpipe and zippers hi flo ac and thundermax/autotune tbw. the pipes extend out the back little more than stock but seem the perfect distance to keep exhaust gasses away from the trunk, imho they look great along with the rear bummper if you have one.

I have the 4" SE mufflers on my trike and have learned the ground clearance is lessthat with stock mufflers. I have to be carefull when pulling into areas that have a dip to them. I turn in on an angle. This happens even pulling into some gas stations.
