Stage 1, AC and "super trap" slip-ons-anyone done this?

I agree with all here. There is alot of difference between starting out on my 06 Ultra and the TG. More throttle and slipping of the clutch to get it to move. Once you get use to it there will no problem. I haven't rode it since the 255 cams were installed. I'm kind of anxious to see if I notice a differencs.

So what's next guys? A larger rear sprocket? lol
I guess this was so designed to preserve some kind of decent gas mileage. But then again, would a larger sprocket be that detremental to mileage?
I remember when I put a 411 rear end in my '55 Chevy 327. It smoked!! But in those days we didn't care about gas mileage and everyone ran premium fuel.
Coupe, you got any thoughts on this? I'll bet you'd love to experiment with a larger sprocket. Wouldn't surprise me if someone will be putting one on the market soon with the popularity of the TG increasing.

Well since I like everything else about the 211's other than take off and I now know from you all it is not just me I am going to just throttle on and not worrie about it, but I wonder how long the clutch will last with this new set up. I now have 11,0100 miles on it. The best thing is like in a semi try not to be stopped on big hills.

I just installed an Andrews 30T frount drive pulley replaceing the stock 32T one on my"07 FLHRS which has a Liberty side hack on it. Seems to make a fair amount of change in take off and usability of 6th gear. alas weather turned to crap here in N.Mich. so havent got a lot of time on it yet. Oh ya ,picking up wifes new '10 Street Triglide this weekend so have been watchin all the posts about heat and power.im getting input overload, lol.

I didnt do the pulley mod myself, had shop do it. cost was $828 parts and labor. cruise works great and speed is right on according to gps and xway mile markers, have to ck 6th gear light as its not bright enough to see in the daylight so i never pay any attention to it. weathers been bad here so havent been able to ride again but have installed Liberty raked triple trees in the lull. parts for change are Andrews 30T pulley, new drive belt, gasket set, and a baker adjustable speed sensor. i dont what scooter you are thinking of doing this to so you will have to reserch part numbers. my scooter is out of warrenty so cant comment on if it affects it or not.
