I have hade a issue on my 2011 since day one the right rear rotor
has a slight groove in the middle. Friday I called HD they had me take it to the dealer and gave me a claim number.Dealer called factory and they are
replacing right rear rotor and pad free of charge. The bad thing is dealer
is waiting for 2011 parts to arrive.

I want to respectfully disagree with you and so will several other members on this board. If you want to take it off and throw it away throw it my way. I will pay the shipping. PM me and I will give you my address where you can send it to.

This is the sad thing about dealers, some are great and others seem to just get by. I would have to guess sooner or later the ones that just get by will reach a cross road where they will either get better or will no longer be in business, especialy the dealer who only sell HD and have nothing else to fall back on.

Well there must be problems with a lot of rotors on the trikes. The first time they replaced the rotors was when the right side emergency brake locked up and that was at 5,000 miles and then I had brake squeal and Harley replaced the rear pads twice. Now the pads are squealing again and they say that the rotors are shot again. This has been on going for over a year. I think going to disc brakes in rear was a mistake. Or Harley needs to buy their parts that are made in the US.
