Try this. Works for me every time.

Harleys have always had trouble finding neutral. From my ‘91 Heritage Softtail to my ‘20 TriGlide. I’ll try the video suggestion. But what I’ve often had to do when it won’t easily go into neutral from a standing stop is put it into 1st gear and turn the throttle to let the bike move forward just slightly (maybe even less than an inch), then pull in the clutch and it’s often helped me get into neutral.

Since I started to double check the door I haven't had a issue.
My problem on my 2020 TG is I can't get the key out. It's been a real pain. It hasn't come open, but the lock is a real mess to use. Are there any issues with the lock and keys not cooperating? Ant this point we are not even using it to lock stuff up.

Oh! My freaking lord, you either have the wrong amount of fluid in the primary or you don’t know your bike enough. The neutral is between 1 and 2. It ain’t rocket surgery.

Clutch free play adjustment (dragging when clutch lever is pulled all the way in) will cause issues finding neutral also.

Well I took a look at it... It's like it turns 1/4 turn but only is supposed to turn an 1/8... don't really know because the whole thing came out. U-clip came off. It's still in the cover. So now I have to get it back together and see how it does then.

CRC make a superlube with Teflon it is a bit expense but very good. My button recently started sticking, a shot around it and works great now. Maybe some in the lock and work it some.

Thank you, good to know. I don't know why the u-clip came out, but that was it... But wasn't working. I got it all back together and works just fine.

Angry Paint on 2014 TriGlide

The paint around the trunk license plate area is lifting off... not peeling or scratched but large chunks lifting off the trunk door..

A picture or two would help.

You made a statement, what is your question?
