Are those lights on the front to your rear fenders? If so, who makes them?

 

Those are merely reflectors on the rear fenders. If your RG3 did not come with those, it is probably due to Canadian safety regulations being stiffer than U.S. ones. That was the case when I was arranging to import my first Breakout, a 2014 model, from The U.S.into Canada, when I moved to Canada. I found that the Canadian regulaitons prohibit side-mounted license plate and lighting, so I had to pay my U.S. HD dealer to change over to the Canadian-specified centrally mounted license plate and lighting.

When I got to the provincial safety inspection required for vehicles coming in from out of province, the private industry contracted safety inspector pointed out that the (D&D!) exhaust "sounds pretty loud". I told him, technically truthfully, that "that's the way it came to me from the HD dealer brand new". He shrugged, and signed the approval.
