2022 Triglid Stage 1 or 2 ?

I have just over 31k miles on my 2019 Triglide and I have averaged 29-30mpg the entire time.
Stock decatted head pipe
V&H slip ons
FuelMoto tune
64mm HPI intake and TB
5.5 g/s injectors
However I will say the FM tune really improved the performance and driving experience. If nothing else get it tuned!
Over the winter months I am going to add a cam to the mix, but I am sure that will definitely NOT improve the MPGs for me.

I bought my '18 Tr-Glide new 5 years ago this (August) month.
I didn't ride it much in '18 as I had other bikes/cars, etc. and also I was busy "accessorizing" it and didn't get the 1,000 miles service done until the spring of '19 and at that time I had the Stage I kit and aftermarket mufflers installed so I can't really say much about the fuel mileage as I was breaking in the engine prior to that time.
I ride my bikes (and trike) easy, rarely revving the engine over 4,000 RPM's and also rarely over 80 MPH.
The absolute best MPG's that I have ever got on my trike was 37 (or so) and the worst was about 25 when fully loaded, going into a headwind!
If I cruise at 70-75 MPH I get between 30 to 32 and on local backroads I get between 33 to 35 MPG's.
I don't see an improvement in MPG's with a camshaft change and for my riding habits the stock 107 engine works well enough for my in "flat" country but IF I was to make au upgrade it would be to a "torque" enhancing cam.

A proper tune might help that millage, but remember you are pushing a big wind catcher down the road ! Depending on your driving habits you can improve the mileage by being in 5th gear sometimes. Letting the engine run free and not pulling a lot.
You will also find if you keep your speed around 70MPH your millage will be the best. I try to use a lot of 2 lane roads to keep my speed down when I can. I also enjoy seeing the country away from freeways ! But driving around 80 to 85+ will kill your millage every time !!!
I do have a pair of TTS100 cams in my 103ci twin , and still get around 28 to 35 mpg. Which is a slight improvement from tops around 31mpg without the cams. Just a bit better power, and a good tune.

I find my right hand affects MPG more than anything. Cruising at 75 on the interstate or just riding it like I stole it at times can have a definite effect.
I am definitely aware of range since we do travel, but actual MPG is not a great concern as long as I get between 150 and 200 miles to a tank.

2021 Trike w/stage 2 now, 35,000 miles, and yes I ride it. I'll say that my mpg depends on how hard my engine works, and that range for me is anywhere from 30 to over 40mpg. If I can ride easy at 70mph (under 3000rpm), no head wind, that's ideal, 40+ mpg. Fighting wind and added speed kills mpg (30-32mpg). Anytime my rpm's go to sustained 34-3500 with wind, mileage drops a lot, and that's highway at 80 in Arizona. With a stage 2 with my CAM, the Trike woke up significantly (torque), enough so I thought of changing gear ratio's to drop the rpm's by a couple. It now rides pretty effortlessly down the road and has plenty of "easy" power to keep it going on inclines, or pulling past vehicles. I also have an oil cooler (DK Customs) which I think should have been my first add-on (in Arizona remember, although not in the Valley), as a cooler engine performs much, much better! Heat (I have found) kills the engines on Trikes, both in power lost and in mpg.
