1000 Mile first service cost
#21
Seriously, why should anyone think that?
Just because something is expensive does not mean the company that sold it to you owes you something for free, and besides that, when a company tells you they are throwing in something for free, don`t believe it, nothing is free.

One would think that for the price we pay for these things, they COULD throw in the first service for free.
We don`t agree.
Have a nice day.

It`s not the end of the world, no reason to have a tantrum.

Not that it was actually free, it was likely worked into the selling price without it being declared .
Remember whatever they tell you you are receiving for free isn't really free, unless you talk them into something after the contract is signed !

I was a new car dealer and we always made the first service free. Of course we built the cost into the original purchase but we wanted our customers to experience our service and feel comfortable coming back over the lifetime of their vehicle. They all came carrying the free service coupon and we made sure they got the Royal treatment. Our service department was always busy and we attracted some of the best technicians in our area. Nickel and dime a customer and it won’t be long and they will call you a “stealership”.
