Been looking at Cobra 909's and Vance & Hines 4" slipons. Cannot find where you can use these with the rear bumper. One installation thread on the Cobras said you have to take off rear bumper. All pictures of Freewheelers with the slipons are without a rear bumper. Only thing I can come up with is the bigger diameter of the slipon would interfere with the bumper support brackets.

They are RCX - - but 4-inch should be the same for any.

 

I have bumper on with CVO slip ons. Just easier to install if bumper is off. Then put it back on.

I have a 2014 Tri Glide with a bumper . I have 4 inch V&H on mine. I didn't take the bumper off when I installed them . Just need a shorty wrench !
