Just wanted to see if any one has had issues with Harley Davidson MAIN office? I have E-Mailed them several times in the last month and a half concerning an issue I have with my 2019 Tri Glide. Their response was that someone from Harley would contact me within 24 Hours( the first time I E- mailed Them ) after that I have not received any kind of response from them. Its sad that you spend thousands of dollars on their bikes, and they can not even return a simple E mail request for assistance.

You should be directing your issues towards the dealership, and not the MoCo.
Do you send the president of Ford an email when you have a problem with your car?
Or the president of Eljer when your sink doesnt work?
Or the CEO of Amazon when a package isnt delivered, or was damaged?
Of course not.
Reach out to your dealer if you have issues with your trike. Not HD itself.

 

I am assuming that you have already exhausted your attempts at the dealer level. Having done that, yes the moco should respond quickly. Double check the email addy that you have, and if still no response try a phone call. Just my 2 cents.

 

Corporate companies have customer relations departments for this exactly. If they dont respond, keep trying if you feel you have a valid issue and not just a "bitch to MOCO"

I know when i have called in the past i spoke to someone.

 

I have had some good results when calling the customer care # in Milwaukee that is listed on the website. E-mails never worked. I would much rather have my questions answered by the manufacturer; because, many times the dealer either doesn't know the answer or is lying, or both.

 

Where did you find an E-mail address for customer care on the HD website? When I pull up the contact information on the website, all I see is this.
