Four times my radio went from a set station to wandering, playing different stations. It would also select headphone volume control and continue to scan for radio stations. Usually in heavy traffic including over the road trucks. Anyone else have this issue? Will be calling the dealer also, still under warranty.

 

Never heard of that one. I would definitely call your dealer. Would like to know what you find out

 

And the dealer will say “ can’t reproduce”..

 

Took it to the dealer for the 5K service, have video of the issue. The radio needed an update, currently working well.

 

I have a similar problem with my 2019 Triglide. I'm using an iPhone 6 in the cradle for music. It seems when it's hot outside, it starts to get wonky, switching songs, displaying other options like fade control etc.

 

That is what my radio did, was working good on the trip home with 104F ambient temperature. Will see how long this works. The HD mechanic had seen this issue before. With the heat, it was happening within 5 minutes.

 

Took it to the dealer, they did a software update. Working as it should now, even with 110f ambient temps.
