Default Screaming Eagle Pipes

I had Screaming Eagle pipes installed in my 2017 tri-glide, my question is the right pipe (brake side) is a bit longer that then left pipe (1 inch) looking from the back at the pipes, is that normal, or the dealer f'ed up installing the pipes.

I can't say for sure, but I have to believe that can't be correct. Too many OCD folks in the world (I'm one of them) that would have a nervous breakdown if those pipes weren't even.

That is what I thought too.

I have installed new pipes on my Trike and a friend's. We had the same issue initially and just needed to adjust the crossover pipe and placement of the two to be even. We ended up using a long level set across the ends of the new pipes to make sure they were even with the back end of the bikes (bumpers, in each of our cases) and adjusted the distance before tightening. If I remember right, it was easiest to tighten the bolts on the top of the pipes and tighten clamps working back towards the header to make sure nothing moved after getting them in the right position.
I hope this helps.

Thank you I really appreciate your response, but in the meantime, there should be no issue to ride the bike until my appointment next week?

As long as the connections are solid, you should have no issues other than your OCD going nuts because the pipes aren't even. ;-)

This made me laugh! I am one of the folks who would suffer - agree 100%.

Actually glad to see this thread - I’ve ordered the SE pipes and have installation scheduled for next week. Will certainly mention the rear exhaust alignment in advance and check it when complete.

Mine Street Cannons are on order. Hope to have them today. I am going to do my own wrench cranking so I will take any advice I can get. By the way, what end caps did you go with. I went with the Revolver.
