Default Batwing Tallboy handlebar question

Do the Batwing Tallboy handlebars pull back a little or just raise up?

I installed the Tallboy handlebars on my Tri last winter and like them. Much better than stock. They are supposed to be back and taller and I suppose they are. I have about 2000 miles with them now and I can't remember what the stock bars felt like.

The best part of the design of these bars is the angle of the grips. It's much more comfortable than stock or the HD mini-apes. My buddy got the mini-apes and hates them because of the angle of the grips.

I do wish these new bars of mine were taller than they turned out to be. I could do several more inches and not have my hands over the top of the fairing. But, like I said, I like them and feel they are more comfortable than stock. Hope this helps.
