Might be able make it happen, with some work. BUT, the frames are different.
83411-11BHP is the part number for the Tri-Glide frame (front part)
47900-11BHP is the part number for the Road King frame.

Thanks for that but I had already checked out the part numbers but could not find out what the difference is, we have a situation where minor damaged bikes are all stat write offs in this state so getting another Tri Glide frame would be impossible, Harley will not sell a new frame and if they did it would require the same vin number, other states have repairable write off bikes so I purchased a the Road King but cannot see where the difference is, hope that explains a bit more.

Thank you to both, after comparing the 2 frames side by side I have a fair idea what the difference is in the frames, the support between the front down tubes is solid on the trike where it is the pressed metal type on the bike frame also the plate under the gearbox looks slightly heavier gauge than the bike, I am not really sure if this would affect anything at all.
