cut a round washer from a milk jug or any stiff plastic. Make a small hole in the center. Put the seat screw through the seat tab and screw the plastic washer you made on the seat screw on the underside of the tab. The seat screw will now stay attached to the seat tab. Place seat on trike and screw the seat screw into the receptacle on the trike. When you remove the seat the screw will stay with the seat because the seat screw is attached to the seat tab.
