Cold thighs are typical on any motorcycle. If it gets too bad, grab a newspaper somewhere and put a section around the front of each of your knees and thighs under your jeans, but over long johns. Helps knock that wind down. Or a pair of chaps. These are great, I have a ballistic nylon set from www.coloradochaps.com Have Lorna sew you up a custom fitted set for a decent price, under $150 bucks. Comfortable, Light, fold up small, and tough as heck.

That's if you like riding in cold weather. I don't mind if it's above 45.

Oh, and alpaca socks.

There won't be many from SW Florida bragging on here about warm weather today. In the 40's when I got up this morning, one of the coldest since I moved here! Suppose to recover to 70 by mid afternoon.

Default Cooler in PA

Just to make you feel a little better it was 14 degrees here this morning and it might get to 32 this afternoon. These fools talk about global warming that we all know is a hoax on the world brought by politios for control, enough said I believe cabin fever is setting I'm getting cranky. ride safely if you can and put a few miles on for fearless

I will wait until we get some higher temps and plenty of rain. Too much salt on the roads. The roads are white from the salt. I even hate taking the four wheeler out with all the salt.

Yup! This has been one of the craziest winters for sure. Last week we were riding in the high 60's low 70's and today it was 15 going over the mountain to Hayesville, and no, I was in the Jeep!
