Question Exhaust Header

New 16 TG, question?
I have a FullSac header with the Tri Glide extension in the garage, it was slated for the 14 TG, but never happened. My question is....if I installed just the header and used the stock mufflers would it require a tuner?
2nd question is if I installed the header and a set of free flowing mufflers ( I have a set of Python mufflers from my 16 Ultra) would it require a tuner?

I know for optimum performance header, mufflers, air breather and tuner is best but just wondering if header alone or header and mufflers would require a tuner...

Thanks all

I'm no expert but with stock mufflers I would think no tuner.
Even with the slipons you may get away with no needing one.

Should be ok with the stock mufflers, start changing to aftermarket and the lean open loop areas will just get leaner.

You open up both ends of the exhaust, you better richen things up.
