Default HD Batwing bars vs Krome Werks +2

Need some new bars for the wife's bike --- considering the Krome Werks +2 bars (part # 300515A) verses the HD Batwing Reach Handlebar (Part Number 56176-08)----------any thoughts or comments as to either? She wants her hands closer and maybe just a touch higher. I have the Krome Werks 2+2 on my bike and love em!!

Default I have 2+2 wide sweepers

I put the wide 2+2 sweepers on because I have a 2" tank lift I wanted the convex sweep of the bars for clearance. I really am very satisfied with them I am 5'8" tall. Handlebars are a very persona thing though. ride safely fearless

I had the bars for a Limited Low installed. They fit me to a T. If you check the matrix, there is only .25 inch shorter difference in the pull back vs the 56176-08. I prefer the factory bars over aftermarket. Just my .02

I had the h-d reduced reach on my tri glide & my neck bothered me. So I installed the kw 2+2 narrow bars & haven't had the neck problem since. I'm 5'8. But like you I really like those 2+2 bars. Also they fit the indent on the inner fairing better then the h-d reduced reach. I think that allows a lil more adjustment then do the H-D's.

My cousin bought his Tri-Glide last summer and I've been trying to convince him to change the handlebars to help him negotiate curvy roads.
A few days ago I offered some suggestions and the last one I mentioned was the Helibars.
He texted me today to say that both he and his wife fell in love with.....Helibars and they're having them installed next week!

Expensive (IMO) but fully adjustable and since both of them ride it seems like a practical choice.

Yep, but I like to ask someone who says this "have you ever seen a luggage rack on a hearse"?

Two different riders, two different body styles, it makes sense to have adjustable handlebars.
