Highway 7 from Hot Springs north to it's end is a good one. Lots of short rides off of it that are interesting, like going up Mt. Nebo just southwest of Dardanelle, on the Arkansas river. North of Hot Springs and west of Highway 7 is full of good rides, lots of twisties and hills, too. You hear a lot about Eureka Springs, but personally I don't think it's all that great to ride to, get into really slow - second gear slow - traffic on narrow roads almost impossible to pass on, lots of tourists. Don't get off paved roads if it's been raining, I've hit some awful mud there. When it's dry, some of the dirt roads get into some neat looking places, but I can't really recall where they were. I've wandered over hundreds of miles of back country roads there, just spending a day wandering till I finally hit a highway to find out where I was. Great state to ride in.

There is some great riding in Arkansas. Eureka Springs is a good base. 123, 62, 14, 16 & 5. All really fun rides!

Here's a little vid of some riding we've done on the TG with some friends (all on 2 wheels).

I'm not sure what part of Arkansas you will be in, but a couple of our favorites are the Talimena Scenic Drive and the Pig Trail.

Here is a link for some of the favorite scenic routes in Arkansas.

Last year we had an HD Forums ride with the Ozarks as the destination. We stayed in Eureka Springs for 4 days and rode a different route each day. There is a lot of great riding in this area. you can get maps of good motorcycle roads at any convenience store or motel for free.
