Ask and ye shall receive. Here are the rear photos of the Tri-Glide and Freewheeler. Despite how the look in the pictures, none of the muffler tips protrude past the bumpers, it just looks like it. The rear is about the same place as the stock mufflers. I ordered them thru E-Bay from Cincinnati International Motorcycle parts. They were $175 a pair, last time I looked they were $178 with free shipping.
The biggest problem with installing them is tightening the rear hanger bolt. You need a very thin open ended wrench, or a crow foot and needle nosed vice grips. If I had it to do over I'd probably buy a set of security Torx wrenches and remove the rear valance first.
Good Luck

I put bumpers on both bikes after an unfortunate accident with one of my friends. She was backing up to the curb (tall curb) and miscalculated the distance. Cracked the plastic on her trunk. Went out the next day and put bumpers on both of our Tri-Glides. First thing I bought for the Free was a bumper.
