2020 CVO Trike?
#91
I understand that our Harley trikes do not necessarily represent all aspects of the state-of-the-art in what is possible in trikes but the integration and full factory support of the entire machine was as important if not more important than having a trike that likely has some updated features for trikedom.

Bulldog, I must be a voyeur but I am waiting with baited breath to hear if PTR was successful in obtaining a second CVO Tri Glide? It is amazing to me but that represents about $100k in a couple of trikes. Who would have ever dreamed that there were enough people to support what is a very expensive set of offerings? I also back channeled PTR to find out why he praised my decision to get a M7 (manual) Corvette. I suspect that the 8-speed automatics may be a bit on the tame side in terms of interfacing with the American sports car? It is why I am not inclined to get a CVT Honda Goldwing with a California Side Car Encore body which I think is frankly very well thought out for a conversion package but is less demanding of my participation and inputs into its performance.

All in fun Bob, You can take a breath and there will be no naked pictures posted, I did make a deal on the black CVO and left a deposit. Its ship date is the 15th. As for the Corvette, the A8 automatic is a problem child. I have one in my 2018 Hot Wheels Camaro and it has been to the dealer 3 times in 6k miles for the A8 shutter. My 2019 Corvette Grand Sport with 1200 miles on it has a bad delay from first to second but that's the least of its issues. Gm has been ordered by the BBB to take the car back due to a paint issue that affected the whole cars paint so I am not concerned about the A8 issue but will never buy another GM with one.
There is no need to count my spending, I have a wife for that, and yes she has a 2018 Hot Wheels Camaro also. We like the same things and I thinks it great to have a wife that has common interests. If you are trying to figure it out the Camaros were 54k each.

Now there is two in the family, My wife wants the white one and I am good with that. A thumbs up for the great deal at Space Coast Harley in Palm Bay, FL. Kelvin was my salesmen. He got the job done (321) 259-1311
Shame on Seminole Harley in Sanford Fl for not honoring their word and getting greedy.

Seminole Harley in Sanford Fl told me I can have the one they have coming in next week for sticker so I gave them a deposit Sunday but they called me yesterday and asked me to come in and get all the numbers straight. It changed to 8k over sticker and wanted to steel the 2019 TG trade. I heard Space Coast Harley in Palm Bay FL had one come in yesterday and was going on the showroom floor today . I got $3k more for the trade and CVO TG at sticker. I bought 3 bikes from Seminole Harley last year and two were CVO's but they did care and said they had 3 deposits on it. I thought I was the only deposit. Shame on their greed.

I had a CanAm before I had a TriGlide. That electronic assist went nuts once on mine and tried to put me into the left lane. It was at town speeds and I was able to keep it out of the left lane but had to shut the Trike down and then restarted without a problem. What would have happened at highway speeds is scary !
That and the drive belt jumping cogs and fast wear on the front tires among other problems with foot rests and I sent the CanAm down the road to another proud rider !

and other issues. I will stick with Harley
