Installed them on my 2015 tri. What a pain . The tour pack has to come off and a spacer put under it and the bolts to attach it to the body are a pain to get to. If I was to get them again it would go to the dealer for installation no matter the cost.

I know this is an old post but how did you get to the underside to put the screws in the blocks?

I installed the Kuryakyn passenger armrests on my '18.
These mount on the tour pack and seem to be easier to install that the H-D's.
When doing anything that requires removal of the tour pack (relocation kit, auxiliary LED lights etc.) it's a good idea to do it all at the same time.

I looked at all options for the armrests but the Harley ones appealed to the favorite passenger. I have moved the tour pack back three inches with the DK product which actually raises the tour pack the same height as the bars in the HD kit. The problem is reaching the base plate to anchor for arm rest on each side. If you have better sense than i did have the dealer install the kit.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it would appear that if I were to install these armrests, I would not be able to leave my passenger big *** cup holder from Ciro on my trike. It mounts to the tour pack between the speaker and the tour pack. Have you looked into drink holders with this mod installed?
