At least it's not hot yet. With all the rain we had, are there a bunch of flowers and such along the landscape? Just doesn't happen out there very much, but when it does, it's crazy beautiful.

You are in my favorite area of the world. I love montana but I miss the mohave / mojave (however you spell it) desert something awful. When I can scrape enough cash together and get my body healed up enough Im coming back down for a ride. Ludlow coffee shop here I come . (and I pray they still have that peanut butter pie and coffee ). Be safe and have fun. You were right about loving 3 wheels and never going back to two. Took awhile but I am having a ball... just glad to still be able to ride.

Lunch in Las Vegas, then another 90 miles to Bullhead City, Az. Got almost 200 pictures on my GoPro, but no computer to download to. Will be back in California in a week, I'll download and publish then. In the mean time, here are some pictures from my Cell phone. Stove Pipe Wells in Death Valley, and at an overlook into Death Valley. Lots and lots more to come.

Day 2 in Bullhead City, Az. We were going to take a 200 mile loop from here to Wikieup, Az. There is a joint just outside of town called Lucia's. Best Pecan Pie in the world, and the Mexican food is to die for. Unfortunately the wind kicked up to 30mph, and we know how much fun it is to ride while getting sand blasted.

Downloaded this from my GoPro. The 'group' at Gold Point Ghost town in Nevada.

Nice shot of the "town", Screwball.
I see they still have a set of gallows there.
Never know when an outlaw might need a hangin' !!
From the information on their website, it sounds like a cool place to visit.

Here is about a 1 minute slide show covering a 1001.5 mile ride. The group scattered Sunday, Vesta and I rode about 200 miles to Las Vegas for breakfast then on to Bullhead City, Az. Great time, Great weather, and OUTSTANDING riding buddies.

Sherry and I have been kicking around the idea of attending the Laughlin River Run.

It is a kick in the pants! We have been to the last 18. Like most bike shows, it has slowed down the last couple of years, but in a town that was built for tourists, vacationers, and gambling there is a lot to do there. You can pretty much run Old 66 most of the way. Lots to see.
