The hardest part was the fenders with compound curves. I had a few bubbles that I couldn't seem to get out so I used an insulin syringe with a micro needle to extract the air then squeegee the film down. It saved pulling it up & starting all over.
After the film was on for about 6 months it started smoothing out quite well after it was in the sun a lot.

I had clear bra (3M) put on professionally (life time warranty. Only cost $375 for both fenders, both side covers, both body gaps between fender and body and the top of the tour pak (the indent under luggage rack)

Default Hog Skins

I had the Harley (3M I think) on 2013 Triglide and it starts to turn color on edges and shows up real easy. and also dull after a while.
When I bought the 2014 right away put on the http://www.hogskinspaintprotection.com/
and its great and looks great very super clear.

not my favorite mod but the lesser of all evals , seen triglides around here with the 3M on them and did not like that and spent to much for chips , have friends that have had the bras on for several years with no marks or problems

Default Yea wanted fenders protected

I really wanted to keep fenders from getting beat up. So I bought 3m off E-bay and installed myself....wow was it bad I couldn't get the wrinkles out of the curved sections. So after looking at my bad install job...I found a set of used fender bras on here and bought them and put on over top the bad film install.....Now I have ok look of bra and film protecting fender from bra rub ? Not sure if I'm going to keep it that way going to pull the winter blanket off today and decide what to do about it.

Just what I know so far
