As a bump and to help out fellow members, Jamie and the boys at FM will tell you these baffles will not affect the tune. If, however, you purchased one of the tuning systems they sell and feel the tune is not quite right, they will gladly set you up with a new map free of charge.
I asked these questions (and researched the forum) before doing my stage1... and then my son's Heritage... and then a friend's Ultra. I can't recommend FM products and support enough.
