Yes they would fit and work but they are now as of 6/30/14 SOLD.
My friend has a 13 SG, cat in the head and is running them for the past 1.5 years and has not had any issues so far, but many decide to change out the header-pipe due to the excess heat that the catalyst puts out.

Yes they are brand new and in the box, never opened.
