I assume you are referring to the tour pack mounting rack. No, that is not included.

 

Well, I can tell you it will bolt up like it does on the earlier bikes (on the outside of the frame...the new setup has the dock sliding in a slot in the upper frame rail). The problem is it will not accept the two up rack to bolt the tourpack on...a bit too wide. My sissy bar from my 2009 SG does fit on it. So...some attachments will fit, and some won't. It depends on the width of the part you are attaching.
