Is this new or used?

 

I put it on my bike twice, in my garage. But it's in such good condition that if I said it was new, I don't think you'd be able to tell the difference. My wife bought it for me, because she got tired of me using bed sheets to cover the bike. For some reason, that upsets her.

I'm too lazy to take the 30 seconds to use the cover.
