I have a chrome Heavy Breather complete. I even bought 2 new o-rings and three new chrome screws for it. The sock shows some wear from riding inside my bags (nothing bad, it just doesn't look new anymore). There is a small scratch on the top of the elbow that I couldn't catch on camera. No the holes aren't blown out but the picture sure makes them look that way. $230 shipped in the original box to the CONUS.
