I have a stock 09-13 FLHX seat, it came off a 13 FLHX, w/ less than 100 miles on it. I did plan on sending it to Mean City Cycles and put a $50 deposit, which I verified, and it is transferable to the new owner of the seat, just call them and give them my name. I never sent it since I had to sell the bike. $150 shipped.
