I have a complete rear fender assembly from a 2001 Road King that was made into a trike. This is the fender (vivid black), turns signal bar with signals, brake light, chrome fender tip and saddlebag mounting brackets that are attached to the fender. Paint is fair, not perfect. But it will clean up pretty nice. there are a few scratches here and there.
