I'm selling a pair of heated grips I bought from a member,I decided to go with heated gloves.Here is his post.

Just a suggestion....You may want to consider having both grips and gloves heated. I have both and love it. The grips work great by themselves when it is not terribly cold out and allow you to use thinner gloves with more dexterity than you otherwise could at the temperature. Then when really cold I add the heated gloves. The palms on my heated gloves have no heating elements, so you get independent control of palm/front of the fingers using the grip control vs. back of the hand/fingers using the glove control. Also allows you to ride in colder temps than with just the gloves, but I see you are in CA so maybe not that cold where you are.
