16457 Vance & Hines for Touring Models.
As I understand, these have since been replaced by the 16455. Apparently when HD started putting catalytic converters in the head pipe, V&H had to modify to accommodate for those who are installing on the stock header, so these will work fine for aftermarket non-cat header applications.
