Took these off my 2012 FLHXSE3, like new. The Chrome/Rubber strips in the picture (not my bike) immediately behind the seat on the fender. You may need to get some clear 3M dual sided tape to adhere to your fender, although they are still pretty sticky. The stock passenger seat fits fine with these on, don't know if all will...some say they do, some not. Guess it depends on the seat...there are some threads on here and the CVO forum @ cvoharley.com
