when you say new hardware what are you referring too, do the speaker lids from Harley not come with grills, Let me know, I'm interested, but I too looked at Harley and the lids are cheap unpainted.

Yes all are options, when you buy the lids your just getting lids, No grills or anything else. I have everything else along with the lids. all from H/D. Only reason why I'm selling is I have decided to sell my bike. I will go out and take pictures. and add some pictures on here OK.
