This is what we called the eyebrow lights. Fit's 97 to 08 Touring that have the rail around the rear. Lights act as aux brake and tail lights. Replaces your old license plate bracket. Had this on my 2006 Road King. Harley part number 68230-97B. With instruction sheets. Excellent condition. $200 from Harley. $125 shipped to lower 48 Paypal preferred.

 

Update, new price $110 shipped to the lower 48. The dipped portion of the chrome frame goes around your stock tail light.

These lights are still available, they are not sold. These are NOT plug and play. Two wires need to be hooked up to one of the two connectors included with the lights. Which connector depends on your bike. Instructions included.
