I know this is long sold, but I have looked high & low for the tour-pak backrest pad depicted herein and I can not find the H-D part number for it...
Or another picture of one for that matter...

I have the 99431-13 h-d parts catalog for the 2013 CVO FLTRXSE2 Road Glide Custom 110" and it does not show anything tour-pak related that I've found.

I ascertain that there must be another CVO Parts Catalog that has such things in it; that I've not found thus-far.

IF anybody has the part number, I would appreciate it; since it appears this is the only tour-pak backrest pad that actually matches the seat & pillion on a 2013 CVO Road Glide like the one represented in this thread...
