What year are they off of?Does everything include key(s)?You say shipped...Anywhere?

I bought them from a guy who had bought a new 2012 Electra Glide that he had converted into a trike prior to leaving the dealer. These were the stock bags. I had them on my 2012 Road King.

I'm pretty sure all hard bags fit touring models 94 and later.
