I am looking to maybe trade for another set of true duals that are Black, these are on my 2012 street glide sound awesome I just want to go to a black exhaust.. tried to load some pics but only one would work the others were too large. I can send some with text or email.. thanks

JMO, but have you considered having these pipes coated black? Did my entire stock headers and Rinehart pipes + heat shields for $160 a few years back. Much cheaper than another set of TD's...food for thought and bump for your sale.

 

I have been thinking about doing that but how much down time will there be, and the prices I have gotten have been much higher.. I wouldnt mind having these pipes in black, but I am kinda interested in getting MGS True Duals just to try them out.

 

Really not interested in buying, but it mite be helpful if you put how much you looking to get for them. Just a thought.

 

Roger that...call MGS and see if they'll take your pipes in trade. I know last year they offered credit for my TD set-up, but I plan to save enough for the MGS exhaust in black and then sell mine separate later...good luck!

As far as timeline...it took almost a month to get my pipes coated, but I did it in Feb which isn't riding season here in NE so it wasn't an issue.
