I don't know if the floorboards would fit a 2013. 2 bolts hold them on. One on top of each other. They slide up and down for longer or shorter legs.

I'm on a 07, not tbw. I think that is 08 and up. Not sure what the difference is. Ill do some digging and see what turns up.
