I suppose some people may find that info helpful...

According to their website it fits 96-12 FLHT, FLHTC, FLHX, FLHTK and H-D FL.

I never had any issues with seeing through it - but I never rode it at night either, although I don't see that being an issue (its not the black/ non-transparent one). I spent about 97% of my time looking over it as well - so it was never an issue.

Its dark, but not overwhelming in any way (at least to me). If it was a 10.5 I would still have it on the bike.
