Do these fit into the stock passing lamp housings?

Yes Pete... They're pretty much plug and play too in that they have connectors that match your present bulb/harness so no cutting and splicing either...

 

Will they fit on 2002 ultra?

 

Physically they will fit just fine... They only difference is if your passing lamps are the one piece 4" sealed beams instead of the smaller replacement bulbs you would need to cut and splice the wires which is no big deal... Either way they will fit and work just fine...

 

Harley makes adapters from the stock sealed beams to the new H4 Halogen lamps. Same adapter should work for the LEDs. The adpaters come with the upgrade passing lamp kit that Harley sells. Just ask your dealer for the part number.....
