Default Rockford Fosgate PBR300X4

I switched to the PBR300X2 for 2 ohm support. This amp was in-service for less than 2 months. As pictured. $95 Shipped and Paypaled. PM me here.

What was the reason just for the 2ohm support? are you not able to achieve that with the PBR300X4 just curious? and also were u running into overheating issues?

4-4 ohm speaker wired in parallel=2 ohms. Went with 300X2 Never had overheating issues.

Ok so it sounds like you were still able to run 4- 4ohm speakers wired in parallel to achieve a 2ohm load with the PBR300x4 correct? If so why swith to a PBR300x2 just curious? Not quite understanding the audio logic I apologize

PBR300X4 is NOT 2 ohm stable. 4 ohm loads only and runs a 4 speaker setup just fine. The 300X2 IS 2 ohm stable.
