brand new Arlen Ness Big Sucker Stage 1 Intake system You can use your stock "ham can" cover, any Arlen Ness Stage 1 billet covers or any 5 1/4" round aftermarket cover.

Yes I believe it does. The fitment description from the website is:

'00 and newer Harley Davidson Twin Cam Models (Except 00-01 FI FLT & 08 and up FLT or FLTCU Models)
