These are the stock wheels that came off of my 2011 Road Glide Custom. Front tire has approx 7000 miles on it (plenty of tread left) and the back is bald. Wheels are in Great shape with no gouges. Front rotors included.

I think you might be a tad to high. I got my stock wheels and tires with only 300 miles on them for $300. Maybe you'll be ok
