Harley 97-07 Reach Seat 52544-05A
Used a couple times, in like new condition. Retails for $299 at stealerships. Made so those with shorter inseams can reach the ground easier and it does move you forward as well. Only flaw is slight scuff where club footed wife drug her boot across it. $150 plus shipping by paypal.

Between FedEx, UPS, and USPS it comes out between $40 & $50. Postal service does have a slow boat from China rate that takes a longer time and is less. It depends on how fast you want it.
