The seat/fill piece are in good shape. If you look in the last two pics, you'll see a small tear behind the seam on the underside of the seat, and the fill piece has some wear on the lower front corners. If anyone is interested, shoot me a PM with an offer (figure in ~$20-25 for shipping) and let's work something out.
