these will fit later 09 models and later FL's, but youi will have to deal with the o2 sensors being a different size, and location. (location not the issue but the length of the sensor wire is not long enough, would need to be lengthened) Any muffler shop can weld in new 10mm bung holes for the '10 and up o2 sensors, and just cap the old holes off, they wont show. Or if you are planning on running wide band o2's like with a thundermax system, then these are perfect
