Yes, frame is included and it is a factory windshield. As far as minor flaws, I'm talking about maybe a tiny nick or some other defect on the windscreen. I don't want to use "scratch" because it's too harsh of a word. They could be seen in the right light and at the right angle but you'd never notice while riding. The frame is perfect. So is the windscreen for that matter but I want to describe it as accurately as possible. I keep my stuff in tip top condition and this is no different.

It will ship from the Detroit area.
