Do they work with the stock Electra Glide Limited FLHTK, throttle by wire? I had read on here somewhere previously that mini apes would not work with FLHTK bikes, because of the TBW system.
Whats the difference between 10" Prime Apes and 10" Twin Peaks and which one is easier to run wire thru. My Indy wont touch Yaffe bars said they are just a pia to wire. Want to change out my bars when the seasons over. Thanks
The twin peaks are a lot easier to install than the PrimeApes, But PrimeApes are easier to install than Yaffe bars cuz they are lazer cut so there is no burr on the inside. Still a bitch to install though......I prefer the look and feel of the TwinPeaks cuz they are tad skinnier on the width also. Hope this helps.
Let me know if you get any chrome 10' TwinPeaks or PrimeApes and I will talk to my indy about it. Oh and if you have pics of both bars on a bike that would be a help but no worries if you don't. Thanks for the help Bob
