Police seat, backrest, seat rails and brackets

The police seat fits the new frame touring bikes only, 09-up. The seat rail and brackets will fit older years too if I remember correctly, however the brackets need to be modified for any of the applications. There is a description of the mods in the "make your classic a classic" thread, and others on this forum. A couple holes have to be drilled, and part of the bracket needs to be ground away.
